Service terms.

EFFECTIVE 25 JULY 2026

These terms apply to access to Vorth’s inference service, including access routed through a marketplace. Marketplace terms and applicable model licences also apply. If terms conflict, the stricter lawful restriction governs your use.

Service availability

The service is experimental, capacity-limited, and provided on an as-available basis. Models, prices, limits, interfaces, and availability may change or be withdrawn. Vorth may reject, suspend, or terminate traffic for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

Your responsibilities

You must have the rights and authority required to submit inputs and must comply with law, marketplace rules, model licences, and Vorth’s acceptable-use policy. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and applying appropriate human review before relying on them.

Data

Vorth processes request content to provide inference and processes operational and aggregate measurement data as described in the privacy notice. Do not use the service if those practices are unsuitable for your workload.

Outputs and warranties

Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Any remaining aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected requests during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
